Fusion Core to Hold First Camp Dec 9th-10th

Updated: Nov 19, 2018

Fusion “Core” held its 12th annual Open House over Thanksgiving Weekend. All sections were well represented, marking a successful start to the 2018 drum corps season. Attendees were the first to hear about our exciting program “When I Grow Up...” which features familiar tunes like “Silverado”, “Jupiter”, and music from the blockbuster movie, Apollo 13.

There are still open spots in our brass and percussion sections. The Core’s first official rehearsal weekend of the season will take place on December 9th and 10th at Jefferson Township Middle School, 1000 Weldon Road, Oak Ridge, NJ. Rehearsal times are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.

Fusion will also host our very first Tricky Tray Fundraiser on Saturday, January 20th, 2018 at The Bethwood, located at 38 Lackawanna Avenue in Totowa. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and calling starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets cost $45 in advance, or $55 at the door, and include dinner and one sheet of regular tickets. Prizes include tickets to Disney World, show taping tickets to Wheel of Fortune, gift baskets, and many more.

We’re excited to announce the addition of two special people to our team. Jessica Lark will join the team as our Official Photographer and Stephanie Montoya, Fusion Charter member, will join the team as our Videographer. We are looking forward to keeping everyone updated on Fusion’s progress with plenty of pictures and videos.
